Here's what you need to know:
CJ was born in Northern, KY, right outside of Cincinnati, OH. Here, he found his passion in performing, being the natural center of attention. He grew up attending camps and intensives at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, Childrens Theatre of Cincinnati, and Northern Kentucky University. He performed many concerts for his friends and family in his basement, headlining with "Oops...I Did It Again." He received rave reviews.
CJ attended Highlands High School where he participated in their Drama Club, Speech and Debate Team, and Chamber Choir, where he continued to develop his love for being on stage, deciding that he would pursue a career in Musical Theatre.
He attended Southern Illinois University, where he trained and developed his craft, all while participating in greek life (Kappa Alpha Order), co-founding a student organization that helps produce more performance opportunities (FIERCE: Musical Theatre), and being an active member of the University Honors Program. He graduated Cum Laude in May of 2017 with a BFA in Musical Theatre.
CJ currently lives in New York City where he is pursuing a career in performing, and is seeking representation. When he isn't on stage, he enjoys the occasional *5* cups of iced coffee, binging Greys Anatomy and Desperate Housewives, drinking wine, and finding dogs to pet.
